By accessing or using MasteryHelp ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full access. After the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription ($10/month or $60/year). Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of your billing period.
You agree not to: (a) share your account with others; (b) attempt to manipulate learning progress data; (c) reverse-engineer, scrape, or programmatically access the Service; (d) use the AI tutor to generate content unrelated to biblical language learning; or (e) harass or abuse other users or staff.
All curriculum content, card text, software, and design elements are the property of MasteryHelp. Your learning data (progress, session history) belongs to you.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms or misuse of the platform. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
MasteryHelp is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
